With nearly 15 years of post-qualification experience he has obtained rich experience in Taxation Laws, Corporate Law, Regulatory Laws and FEMA. His core skills lie in understanding client requirements explicitly and guiding the execution team at the Firm effectively.He also has experience in Corporate Structuring, corporate financing, drafting of business agreements, compensation structuring, ESOP formulation, etc. He also advises clients on Foreign Investments into India, Capital Structuring, RBI approvals and investments outside India and has experience in international taxation and transfer pricing.
